UPDATE: AS OF MAY 2020 NO DOGS – EXCEPT REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMALS – ARE ALLOWED AT THE FARMERS MARKET
Dogs are awesome but we cannot allow customers to bring them to the farmers market. We are unable to properly monitor both COVID-19 health and safety plan requirements and proper dog behavior.
During the month of May we will be educating customers about this rule change. Beginning May 30th, you may be asked to leave the market if you have a dog that is not a registered service animal with you. We appreciate for your ongoing cooperation and assistance in this important matter and will be sure to inform the public if/when dogs will be allowed again.
Want to take your dog out for some fun in the sun? A dog park is just down the street.
We accept Credit, Debit and EBT cards!
Run out of cash? No problem. Come to the Info Booth with the yellow banner and we can run your card for market tokens. These tokens are available in $5 increments, there is no limit and they never expire! Just about all our vendors accept these tokens (and change will be given back if applicable). We cannot give refunds for extra tokens but save them and use them another time (or give them to a local friend!)
If you have an EBT card (electronic benefits transfer, formerly Food Stamps) you may also use your card in the same fashion and use your EBT tokens with any vendor who sells EBT eligible foods. We are also so very pleased to share our Double Bucks program with you! Run your EBT card and we will match your dollars through our SNAP Market Match program. It is part of our mission to make fresh, healthy, organic foods affordable for ALL.
There may also be additional programs and vouchers available, see details here. The matching funds programs may change slightly throughout the season or from year to year, depending on the requirements of the granting parties. Some have no restrictions, some may ask they only be used on fruits and veggies. We will always do our best to inform you and clarify any changes.
