Ingredients:

1 unbaked 9" pie shell

2 Tblsp butter

3 large eggs from Well Fed Farms

1/2 c honey from Bruce Bowen Bees

1/3 c maple syrup

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt

1 1/2 c chopped pecans

handful of pecan halves for decoration

Instructions:

Prepare and chill pie crust

Preheat oven to 400F

Melt butter and set aside to cool.

Mix well in bowl: eggs, honey, syrup, vanilla, and salt. Add cooled butter and pecans.

Pour into chilled pie shell, top decoratively with pecan halves.

Bake 10 mins @ 400F, then reduce heat to 350F for 25 minutes until set.

Let cool to room temperature before serving.
